SPJ-JD-1 metallic passivator for petroleum refinery
SPJ-JD series metal deactivator’s active ingredients are antimony compounds, rare earth compounds, alkaline earth metal compounds and aluminum compounds. It can inhibit heavy metal to affect the sulfide catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts.
With the increase respect of FCC feed’s quality and its poor quality, refinery develop blending or whole refining heavy oil FCC technology to expand the sources of FCC raw materials, maximize economic benefits.
Compared with conventional FCC feed, the Ni, V, Fe, Cu, Na and other metals were significantly higher in residue and heavy oil, and this cause serious pollution to FCC catalysts. The most influential is nickel, vanadium and sodium. In the catalysts cracking process using a metal deactivator can inhibit the effects of heavy metal on the catalysts.

Usage
Filling methods: Using the metering pump to inject the SPJ-JD-1 into the pipeline before the riser pipe.Dosage: The active ingredients and heavy metals in raw materials in 1:1(w/w) to calculate the filling amount. The ratio can be 1.5:1 at the start.Users should rinse the passivation tanks and pipelines clearly to avoid a obstruction cause by mixing use of different passivations.Packing and storage
The product should be stored in cool and ventilated warehouses.Guaranty period: 2 years.SPJ-JD-1 metallic passivator for petroleum refinery
